We offer sliding scale on a case-by-case basis for those who do not have access to In-Network health insurance Coverage.

Good faith estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (“GFE”) explaining the expected cost of therapy services if you are uninsured or not using insurance benefits.
A Good Faith Estimate outlines anticipated fees for services provided by neuroqueer care collective. Actual costs may vary depending on your treatment needs or circumstances.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before starting services or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 higher than your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
